Last Summer Len Mincos daughter Lauren came home from her college work, at the Rhode Island School of Design, to try her hand at RC flying.  With her dad as one of the clubs most active instructors, she hooked up to the buddy box and put some  "G's" on dads ole trainer nic named "Frankenstein".  When she returned to Fall classes she was inspired to pose for and produce this piece of aviation art that surely could be a poster for the legendary "Powder Puff Derbies" of the late 1920's or for the "The Ninety-Nines" of air racing fame.  Either way there is no denying Laurens talent and our affect on her summer at Meadow Mere Park.
